Monnica Williams: Not too long ago, I felt uncomfortable in my own body and disconnected from my confidence. My health and mindset weren’t where I wanted them to be, and I knew something had to change. What started as small daily walks turned into a complete lifestyle shift. It wasn’t quick. It wasn’t easy. And it definitely wasn’t perfect. Over time, I fell in love with moving my body walking, hiking, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors. The journey transformed more than just how I look. It built discipline, resilience, and self respect.
